Disability Discrimination & Possession Proceedings

The recent cases that have been before the higher court’s have looked at the issue of disability and possession proceedings.  The House of Lords have decided this issue and provided much needed clarity as to how to proceed in any action.  This course is designed to make you aware of  the law as it stands.  It involves a review of the previous position and clear explanation of the current position.  This course is a must for all those involved in any area of housing law including asb officers, housing officers estate officers and those responsible for policy.
