Licensing Committees

This course is ideal for Solicitors, Committee Clerks and Licensing Officers who have to attend Licensing Committees.   For both those who have been attending committees for a number of years and those who are starting out working with Councillors who deal with Licensing Applications.

  • Avoid any challenges in the High Court by fully ensuring you have got all relevant timescales correct  
  • Learn when to ask yourself whether or not there could be the appearance of bias on the part of Officers or Members
